Typography

I had a lesson on typography focusing on the different styles available, my first task was to create as many different letter A's as possible (see left) and the afterwards I was asked to fill the page with random words, song lyrics, sentence etc horizontally and then once I had filled it I had to turn the page on it side so that the writing became vertical, I like the effect that this created because it creates and interesting texture and it is visually exciting in a slightly abstract form.
