Final Piece

I chose to use this layout in the end because I felt like it had the strongest sense of narrative because it had a good flow and the text supported it well, I printed it out on A2 gloss paper which gave it a professional finish. I'd say that it is successful because it conveys the message I had intended of "The loss of innocence" and also lets the viewer interpret it in their own way.

Final Piece Development

I took a variety of photos in various locations and shortlisted three of them and edited them to be black and white and changed the brightness and contrast to enhance the images. I also cropped two of them to have a different range of angles and to create a specific atmosphere which helps create a strong narrative to the viewer. I then started looking at captions that would be appropriate to go along with the images, I then started creating layouts on Photoshop that help emphasise the narrative and also make it visually appealing to the viewer.
